I just want to take a moment to let you know about the service I received from Sandi. I had a major event coming up in Atlanta. The company that I was working with failed to let me know that the product I had ordered was unavailable through their manufacturer. I went into panic mode and started an online search.
Fortunately, I found your company and was helped by Sandi. She did an outstanding job of finding just what I needed. She went to the extra trouble to make sure the item was available and how soon it could be delivered. TEC Marketing hustled up the artwork to the manufacturer. She was calm, efficient and well versed on your products and that went a long way in making me feel assured this project would be saved.
On top of this situation, we had a death in the family and Sandi was not only great at letting me know not to worry about the order, but offered kind words and sympathy. In this day and age when customer service is basically answering the phone, Sandi proved to me that it is still alive and well at TEC Marketing. Oh, our order came in today and they were better than I imagined!

I just wanted to thank Jodi for all her hard work for our company. She was diligent in the time that it took her to get information back to me. She was VERY kind and courteous. Jodi was able to gather all the information needed for me to decide on how to order for our sales team meeting and golf outings.
I really appreciate someone who works as hard, and pays as close attention to detail, as she does. Jodi was also there to help us get the best deal possible. There were many products, colors, drop ships. These large and complicated orders were processed without a hitch.

Dick,
I wanted to just take a second to thank you for helping me with my marketing promotions for our tradeshow. When I first called I was afraid that I would end up having to go with tired coffee cups and maybe get some post it notes. Just got the order and the USB pens you sent me the idea for are awesome!
